Debate my pessimism:
Anarchy/libertarianism will never prevail for the same reason the gold standard did not last. Whenever there is a power vacuum, there will be a power grab.
Anarchy is an unstable equilibrium point, authoritarian statism is peak stability.
I can understand the argument that the most natural system is the most stable one instead of the most ethical (or where people have the most freedom).
