Looks like in the future you will be able to Sync the contacts in your Proton Mail app (android) to the default contact app on your mobile device, and make Proton Contacts your default contacts app. But currently the only way to push contacts from proton is to export manually to .CVS (due to local description requirements). Stuck with static copy and upload for now.
