I changed an SMD mosfet thrice because I thought it wasn't soldered right and the heat transfer wasn't happening properly.
Turns out, there was a typo in the schematic which I didn't catch because I didn't do the calculations myself. 100mA bias current (I_dq) through a current sensing 0.1 ohm resistor should result in 10mV and not 0.1V (100mV).
Wasted tremendous amount of time on it analyzing the circuit etc but completely missed this simple calculation..
