Filling in a form to dispute unauthorised bank transaction. All good, until they asked for details of my debit card, which I had cut up and thrown in the bin. Because card is stopped. Bin bag tied and about to go out … I undid it, searched around, found the pieces. The card pieces and I have had a good wash.
