As I said, we are talking about definition of free market.

Direct intervention is one thing.
But you have to understand that even without that we are not talking about free market. Because there are many limitations set by laws and regulations in a background which are already influencing market.
Can I go and print alternative money? No.
Can I make transaction with someone from Iran? No.
Can I start a bank without state licence? No.
I legally can't even burn state printed money according to local laws.
