I don't know either but everyone who has recently told me that they've somehow wiped their profile had followed themselves on nostr. Either by following themselves on zapstream or on noStrudel or any other client where you can click 2follow" on your own profile page. So it seems like that following yourself is at least one way to wipe your nostr.
