On the bus route I use most often, the buses are electric and so smooth and quiet. When they stop the hush and the stillness is cathedral like. But this morning I had to get on a different bus, with an internal combustion engine and I swear my ears are still ringing and my teeth are still rattling. Good grief. Electric buses everywhere, ASAP, please!
