Ever since I quit mining for fiat and trying to stack btc like my life depended on it going back to 2015, I hardly ever got sick. At worst, I'd just get the snuffles for a day or two. Just by drinking my tea concoction below and increasing the dosage on my supplements, I'd usually be back to 100% health quickly.
But whatever it was I caught a couple of weeks ago, likely from the gym, really KTFO of me. It was the worst I've felt since back when I was a nocoiner when Bitcoin was not even a dollar. But the usual routine that I go through from my own research over the years made it go by alright despite the fact I couldn't get any real sleep for 5 days. So I'll share with you what I take if I ever start to get sick.
Take the following supplements even when healthy:
Zinc
Vitamin C/D/K2 (K helps absorb both C and D)
Magnesium
Selenium
When you start to feel like you're coming down with the cold:
Elderberry syrup (21000000x better tasting than cough syrup)
Echinacea
Wash both your hands and face.
Hydration is a MUST. Be sure to consistently be drinking water and every several hours and Chamomile tea - pour and stir some organic honey and garnish with a slice of lemon if you so desire.
Optional:
Zicam RapidMelts
Neil Med Sinus Rinse (if afflicted with nasal congestion)
gargle with salt water
For ear infections, inflammation, or pain, instead of trying to get a script for Amoxicillin or Azithromycin, just go the natural way and use ear drops that have Garlic and Mullein Oil in them. The image is what I personally used. All of the ingredients are legit.
Of course, do your own research. But this is my basic routine that I adhere to from my own research, which has helped me essentially never truly feel sick.
