My bread today has risen like crazy, and it’s got me wondering: the weird weather here is because we have a high pressure sat on us, and logically that would make the air bubbles in the bread bigger.
And I remember once going “you wot mate?” at a US lady (RIP) on here who said bread doesn’t rise when it’s raining, but I’m now wondering about extreme low pressure meaning smaller bubbles….
