Sunday morning is always a mentally challenging day for me. I know I have to resume work tomorrow and I am faced with the conflicting goals of resting/relaxing and making "progress" on all my personal goals.

My advice to myself and for you if you are facing the same conundrum is don't forget the power of persistent, relentless, incremental progress.

Instead of trying to do everything today, pick one or two things to do that are small and doable, then use the rest of the time to rest.
