MF's judgement meant that employers and wotkplaces can treat "gc belief" as one belief among many.
Which leaves it open for an employer to say "well, we only provide one Faith/Quiet room for people of different Beliefs to use, so why not allow anyone who says they're a woman to use the women's spaces"?
Using the "Belief" protected characteristic actually gave Troon Lawyers a handy little wedge to prop open the door.
