since Mullenweg started his mullenwar on "trademark violations," he has applied for trademarks for "WordPress Hosting" and "WordPress Maintenance," but has not had them granted.

Getting those trademarks is not something he would need to do if the existing trademark ownership already covered those. Tell him to fuck off.
