Chained chest with lock passcode at the front door is the smartest idea. All couriers have options to provide passcodes for delivery guys, including Amazon. They do this for businesses but it's allowed for residential deliveries too - you just have to specify the note when ordering. I would advise changing the lock passcode regularly though since a fair number of thefts are caused by unscrupulous delivery migrants that just photo their delivery but then pick the package back up again and drop them off at home or a later pickup spot. I figure Amazon doesn't actually do very good GPS tracking of their vehicles when the government lets them hire a bunch of "refugees" and migrants.
