i should also say, something i have successfully started to be able to do now is call him to me, and i'm working on being able to call him to a specific place that is out of his sight

he fights me about carrying him so ok, but he is so easily induced to go somewhere by offering treats and conditioning "here" "come here" and i guess at some point i don't always have to have a treat and he'll still be fine with that

one is supposed to do this for all household domestic pets... it's not only dogs that must be taught to heel... children too, need to be taught to heel, because they can be in danger they don't understand and not survive because of this

i guess this is me learning fathering haha
