For people who live in shared buildings - do public status pages exist listing outages and open issues for stuff that’s in need of work? We lost hot water and heating AGAIN in ours and it seems like this information is basically invisible to future tenants or regulators, when it would really help inform management of a sector.
There are security/privacy implications, obvs - but the current situation seems to disproportionately favour landlords and it *sucks*.
