I was just watching the debate over it. Clearly the CPC is against it. I think the Bloc is in favour, given the intelligent commentary from Bloc MP Stéphane Bergeron. I suspect the Liberal Party will largely vote against it. But maybe they'll surprise me. We'll find out tonight.
