Today's DIY Project!
Added a shelf on the kitchen table side of the new island. Nice little place to put all those annoying table items. Original plan was to use a 1x4 for the top (3-1/2"), but I didn't have any nice short pieces so ended up using a 1x6 (5-1/2") which gives a little extra room accommodating some of the bigger table items like a Dewalt cordless screwdriver or tape measure 🤣 #gsd #diy
