Seeing some anti-immigrant rhetoric on here today.
Here is a friendly reminder that when you’re sick and too tired to cook for yourself, usually it is an immigrant who makes the food that will heal you. & it’s their food, recipes, & traditions they carried with them to this country that we get to enjoy.
Grateful for the immigrants who made and delivered this Pho to me today.
