I realized that I'm becoming a bit of a processes freak. This seems to come from me over-reacting to our communities often lacking the structure needed to discuss proposals, or execute actions, where more than a few individuals need to be involved. Having some text as guidance, or some set of pre-written steps can help avoid misunderstandings and people feeling hurt. I'm so proud we managed to pull a change-request process in #postmarketOS (https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmcr), and I really hope we can follow-up with whatever is needed as we keep growing
