Broken ribs over the years, they tell you not to wrap, if you get a wide compression wrap it will help. When you wrap breath out all the way then in 1/4 way, wrap at that point with minimal compression. It should nearly fall when you breath all the way out. Don’t sleep with it on. Move slowly but as normal as you can - too much sitting/laying may cause things to be out of place and take longer to heal.",
