One of the most exciting parts of NLRB's policy lawsuit against Apple wasn't mentioned by the press or blogs once. NLRB affirmed my argument that Apple's antiprivacy policy & its practice of spying on its employees 24/7 under the guise of unpaid labor (dogfood) violates the NLRA.
