If you're ever in Sutter Creek, CA checkout Cavana's Pub and Grub. They are pricey but the food is excellent.
My favorite is the "Trippy Dippy", a smoked tri-tip French dip with grilled onions and Swiss.
If I ever open a restaurant in MO, I'm stealing it. 🙂
