"content": "I'm sure burn out is a problem. 1goodtern has done some graphs that look at NHS Staff sickness absence rates over the last 7-8 years against known peaks in Covid waves. It turns out that given the lack of testing, NHS Staff sickness is a very good surrogate stat for Covid prevalence in the wider population. Correlation or causation?",
