Mastodon v4.1.3 introduced a problem with third party software media upload (example: dlvr.it) when the filename includes a dot but not the expected extension. This causes the small version of media uploads to not be generated and leaves the web view with missing images.

Since this is irreversible on the published posts, I don't think it makes sense to wait, so I will be patching v4.1.3 on Masto.host

There will be around 30 seconds downtime to apply the patch.
