#Spain has blocked #EU participation in a #US-led operation against Yemeni Houthis in the RedSea, the Confidencial newspaper reported.
"Spain has vetoed the EU's participation in a mission to ensure the safety of navigation in the Red Sea without explaining the reason to partners," the newspaper said.
