"content": "1 month ago my #bloodpressure was 181/117 and my #doctors were worried I was about to have a #stroke and wouldn't clear me for some surgery. Roughly 30 days later, I'm 20 lbs lighter and my blood pressure was 121/84 this morning. Did it all without #medication, just cutting #carbs, eating fiber, and #running. What a month, I feel great right now. Cleared for #surgery just now, got it scheduled for next week.",
