Do any of the Mastodon experts out there know if the 30-day limit for the account transfers can be deleted, changed, or overrode in any way?

My transfer out of here failed, and the system now has me on the clock so I can't try again for 24 days.

Has to be a way to nuke it before the place is shuttered, right?
