No I don't think a brand like, say, Hershey's, will ever have a profile on Nostr in the single nsec sense. But that doesn't mean such brands won't have "profiles" on Nostr. Relays can have profiles. Brands can be relays.
I think Frost with the right UX is enough to scale profiles for individual users in the nsec/npub sense, that part I'm optimistic on. For brands I really think brands-as-relays is the way.
