And now that Melon Husk, Ackman, Altman, Andreessen, Thiel are appointing themselves Grand Wizard Gatekeepers of cisheteroblanconormative society, a little bit more advocacy from my peers would be appropriate in again ratcheting in the paradigm that:
1. Gender affirming care is legitimate, helpful, ethical, just, and enhances accessibility.
2. Post-viral denialism does not comport with the science, is invalidating, and exclusionary rather than promoting accessibility.
