I was today years old when I learned #PHP RFC3339_EXTENDED datetime format does NOT give a s*** about micro seconds
that's because it uses `Y-m-d\TH:i:s.vP` format... and not `Y-m-d\TH:i:s.uP`
don't know if this is a bug...
but it's annoying
