On Thursday's NO AGENDA podcast, John C Dvorak, who lives 400 miles away from the hotspot said that California used to manage the debris, dams and made clearing paths to mitigate fire damage. Even Ducks Unlimited would do this but it's all been eradicated by weak leadership.
Also Adam Curry read an old 1800s account of how bad the fires were in this area. Hundreds of years of data!
You are correct about the concrete. Roman aquaducts are 2000 years old and made of concrete with volcanic ash.
Still as you point out the environment needs to be human centric and not earth centric. Earth centric is anti-human or at best for the elites who think there are too many plebs.
Their own arrogance caused this.

It's also a reminder that Asheville in North Carolina is still destroyed, Sarasota and the West Coast of Florida is still under repair and neglect.
No where on this planet is safe from nature. We live here at the pleasure of God. No where in the Universe is there safety from creation. There is only cultivation and cooperating while egos and ignorance will always make things worse.
