I know I'm past my prime, that's a given. But to look at me, if not for the gray hair and beard, you'd swear I was in my late 30s maybe 40s. Not a wrinkle on my, no skin sagging anywhere, and it's only my sedentary lifestyle that slowed me down some. Sometimes, it's hard to imagine I turn 58 in 2025.
