1) The overnight ferry was OK, no sickness or panic, in fact actually quite enjoyable
2) Wonderful plate of freshly grilled vegetables with extra virgin olive oil and shaved parmesan eaten outside in the 28°c evening
3) Very serious-looking seniors dancing in couples in the street to a 10 piece folk band at 10.30pm (and on a Thursday! You would never get permits for that in the UK!)
