I spiralized carrots and sweet potato, diced cucumber, chilli and red radicchio. And as always I add tons of home grown sprouts! Today: broccoli, mustard and clover 🌱
Topping is crushed almonds with tamari, olive oil and spices. It gives a nice crunch to the salad 😋
