Should I bother with #NixOS? I have a spare drive currently running Pop!_OS but I no longer game on Linux so I feel like switching it up. But do I need NixOS? Probably not... I can't really see the benefits for a single user system that'll likely just get used for ricing, web browsing and consuming media.
I have a basic grip on how NixOS works but I'm already frustrated that I can't just put shell scripts in /usr/local/bin. I'll have to write derivations for all my scripts.
Should I?
