First off, I absolutely love your company and products. I use them exclusively to secure my main stack.

I've also helped close to 50 people on-board with a coldcard MK4 and/or Q.

I have a couple ideas and suggestions to make things even better from a user experience:

1. Please either remove the small card to write on (pin, anti-phishing words, and recovery words) from the package.

These cards are very easy to misplace and they include both the pin and words together.

One friend lost this card and lost all access his device and bitcoin.

My suggestion would be removing and letting people find their own paper to write on or use steel.

OR make it slightly larger, thicker, and make a separate card with space (or instructions for storing the pin)

2. Consider putting together a BUNDLE for beginners. This could include everything they need to get started - device, SD card, power cable, power pack, and option for steel/punch.

Probably half the people I've helped were not prepared for the meeting because they were missing one or two of these items.

It would also be great if it could include an SD adapter as most newer laptops don't have the small slot.

I would be happy to promote the Cold Bundle on my channel as well.
