To sort of automate my server installation and configuration I make use of #Rex which is written in #Perl. Great tool. I’ve got everything configured and setup for #AlmaLinux 8. MySQL, Postgres, Apache, PHP’s, Docker, Mail stack, monitoring and backup.

Noticed that one of my hosting providers no longer support AL8, only AL9. Because according to them AL8 is end of life 🧐. Which it isn’t.

Spend some time on an AL9 branch. Quite surprised it didn’t require too much changes.
