No cancerous cells have been found in the lymph nodes. But a very small number were found in the tissues of the breast removed so it’s done for this time. Such a relief knowing that it was effectively a non invasive cancer.
Next step is to talk with the oncologist in an another hospital about hormone therapy to minimize the risk for the other side.
