Seafood Soup #recipe
In a large pot, sauté a chopped onion (and a couple of garlic cloves if you have them) until it begins to brown.
Add 5 cups of water and 6 chicken bullion cubes.
Chop fresh garlic clove and broccoli while waiting to boil.
Bring to boil, then add 16oz frozen Reams noodles and 1 tsp salt. Bring to low boil again for 3 minutes.
Add broccoli (and garlic powder if using powder). Bring to low boil for 4 minutes.
Add 1 can of cream of shrimp and 1 can of clam chowder. Stir until it boils again.
Add 5 cups of milk and 1 lb velveta cheese and stir periodically. Heat should be low to avoid burning the milk.
Cook for about 30 minutes and serve with fresh bread.
