The only time I’ve ever truly felt the limit of traction while on a #motorcycle was at ~10 MPH on a foothill road covered in sheet ice.
(I didn’t see any mention of ice on the road prior to leaving and I didn’t see any ice on the roads out to it. There was snow on hillsides and ditches, but it wasn’t deep. I do realize that in addition to being stupid enough to even try it, I had forgotten that the motorcycle license tests said to keep both feet on the ground and go very slowly. It was a hard lesson and I had to pay for it in multiple ways.
