day first of vaguely measuring the temp outside (just outside of the window), north facing street window[1] side got kinda cold and is still fairly cold, backyard facing window didn't get that cold and is now getting hot again

[1] i assumed the street would be hot because it's, well, a street, but as it turns out, backyard with limited natural ventilation (enclosed by buildings), full of cars and not thermally ideal surfacing (lot of asphalt) is actually worse in everything, who coulda've thunk
