bands that replace their deceased leads. my gut reaction is, like, why not make a new band w/ a similar sound and lineup? leave the original "legacy" untouched. my anti-gut reaction is: who actually cares, and why does it matter? it's just a name, it's not as if literal graves are being spat on.

there is an odd feeling every time it happens, though, right? am i the only one? the INXS one was especially weird considering they made a whole television show out of replacing Michael Hutchence.
