When I see photos of the pugnacious "religious freedom" "hero" Coach Joe Kennedy kneeling on the football field to pray or Mike Johnson and GOP men kneeling with him on the floor of Congress, I don't see religion at all — except a weaponized distortion of religion.
I see white heterosexual men asserting their dominance over everyone else and using weaponized religion as a tool to make that assertion.
