Is there some way to make different groups of Relays that one listen / post to? And easily can switch between?

Like 1 group for your family and friends relays.

And another for work related relays.

And one for bitcoin relays

And one «global»

Or whatever other groups one would want.

Is this possible? Would be awesome to be able to toggle between different «views» like this instead of turning one and one relay on or off
