I found one of my triggers for Dyshidrotic eczema. I've had problems over the last couple of years, but haven't been able to get a doctors appointment when I've had a breakout.

I was pruning my tomato plants yesterday without gloves on. Today I've got blisters coming up on both hands. Have taken photos to send to my allergist, she specialises in eczema.

So now I've figured out two triggers, touching birch, and touching tomato plant leaves.
