Whole wheat 🌾 bread can do the job greatly. You still loose weight with it. But any Carbs will do. Complex Carbohydrates is the aims.
As you build it with time, you are more easily to get rid hunger for longer period of time when your stomach became smaller and easy satisfied with low carbs.
