"content": "To me, hand-made suggests something made with either no machines, or only consumer machines (like a sewing machine. Manufactured suggests a more industrial situation. But I guess it can be a very fine line. For instance, when I quilt, I assemble the pieces with my sewing machine but quilt by hand. There are ways, however, to do the quilting with the sewing machine as well. And some quilters own long-arm machines.\n\nKnitting machines also exist and they would be great time-savers.",
