and finally "Shaolin Temple" (dir. Chang Cheh, 1976) is a prequel movie to "Five Shaolin Masters" and tells the story of how the Five arrived at the temple and learnt their kung fu skills, and the events that led up to the destruction of the temple

another film with a massive training section in the middle, and a (really long) epic final fight scene. I do like a good prequel movie, and some of the foreshadowing for later events is really well done here
