I've been attending some python meetups because, well, that language is just everywhere so I figured I should know how it all works and I'm slowly learning it all. Anyway, one talk mentioned that they have their dependencies specified in *two* files; one for build/runtime, one for development - e.g. black or ruff would be in the development listing.
Is there a similar idea for #rstats ? e.g. if my project used {styler} defaults, where would I specify that?
