I was asked if I've looked into ADHD diagnosis because I have dyslexia (3/10 people with dyslexia have ADHD)
I use "neurodivergent" as a label most because I know some of my conditions, but may not have a full picture.
I do know that things that help people with ADHD and Autism also often help me.
